YouApp Referral Program Terms

1. Eligibility

Any current user of YouApp who is at least 18 years of age is eligible to participate in the Program. To participate, you must:

• Have an active YouApp account in good standing
• Comply with all YouApp Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Not have any history of fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Be located in a jurisdiction where the Program is available

2. How the Program Works

2.1 Sharing Your Referral

As a Participant in the Program, you will receive a unique referral code or link that you can share with friends, family, and others who might be interested in YouApp.

2.2 Successful Referral

A referral is considered successful when:

• A new user signs up using your unique referral code or link
• The new user completes account verification
• The new user completes their first qualifying activity booking (if applicable)

2.3 Referral Rewards

Current referral rewards (if any) will be displayed in your YouApp account under the Referral Program section. Rewards may include:

• Account credits
• Discounts on future bookings
• Special perks or features
• Or other benefits as determined by YouApp

Note: By referring others, you are spreading your love for YouApp. Any rewards offered are at YouApp's sole discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. Restrictions and Prohibited Activities

3.1 Fraudulent Activity

YouApp reserves the right to disqualify any referral if it suspects that the referral was made in a fraudulent or malicious manner, including but not limited to:

• Creating fake accounts
• Using bots or automated systems
• Self-referrals or referring household members
• Spamming or unsolicited mass communications
• Misrepresenting YouApp or the Program
• Violating any laws or regulations

3.2 Promotional Guidelines

When sharing your referral, you must:

• Accurately represent YouApp and its services
• Not make false or misleading claims
• Comply with all applicable advertising and marketing laws
• Not use your referral code in paid advertising without prior written approval from YouApp
• Respect others' privacy and not spam

3.3 Limitations

• Referral rewards may have expiration dates
• Rewards may not be transferable or redeemable for cash
• There may be limits on the number of referrals or total rewards
• Rewards may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated

4. Reward Distribution

Rewards will be credited to your account after the referred user meets all qualifying requirements. Processing time may vary. YouApp reserves the right to verify all referrals before distributing rewards.

If a referred user cancels their account, violates Terms of Service, or requests a refund for their qualifying activity, YouApp may revoke any rewards associated with that referral.

5. Program Modifications and Termination

YouApp may, at any time and without notice:

• Modify the structure, rewards, or requirements of the Program
• Suspend or terminate the Program entirely
• Change eligibility requirements
• Limit participation in certain regions or for certain users

If the Program is terminated, any pending rewards may be forfeited unless otherwise stated by YouApp.

6. Taxes

You are solely responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from receiving referral rewards. YouApp does not provide tax advice. Consult with a tax professional if you have questions about your tax obligations.

7. Binding Effects

By participating in the Program, you agree to and are bound by the Program Terms and Conditions. If you do not wish to agree to and abide by the Program Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to participate in the Program.

8. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Program, Participants release YouApp, its parent company, affiliate/related companies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, hosts, and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost, or expense, including, without limitation, property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of or in any way connected to the Program and/or the use of any Program rewards.

YouApp is not responsible for:

• Technical failures or errors in the referral tracking system
• Delays in reward distribution
• Disputes between referrers and referred users
• Any issues arising from the use of rewards

9. Reserved Rights

YouApp reserves the right to:

• Cancel or suspend the Program should it determine, in its sole discretion, that the administration, security, or fairness of the Program has been compromised in any way
• Disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent activity
• Withhold or revoke rewards if fraud or abuse is suspected
• Modify reward amounts or structures at any time
• Investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action

10. Governing Law

These Program Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
