How you get paid
Simple, clear earnings in ringgit
Guests pay in the app when they book. We hold the payment until the session is completed, then release it to your earnings balance.

- YouApp's host fee is 5%, taken from your earnings. Guests don't pay extra.

Who can become a host?
Any verified local with a skill or experience to share. You verify your ID (MyKad, passport or Singpass) and do a selfie liveness check in the app. Some activities also need certifications.
What can I host?
Services and experiences such as sports coaching, tours, cooking classes, photography, hikes and wellness sessions. If you are not sure, check the community guidelines.
How much does YouApp charge?
YouApp's host fee is 5% of each booking, deducted from your earnings. It is not added to the guest's price.
When do I get paid?
The guest's payment is held until the session is completed, then released to your earnings balance in ringgit. Payouts to your bank account run on the 15th and at month-end.
How do bookings work?
Guests chat with you in YouApp. Their booking request shows up in the chat as Requested, and becomes Accepted once you confirm it.
Can I offer cashback?
Yes. You can offer your own cashback to attract guests. You fund it, and you decide how much.
Are guests verified too?
Yes. YouApp is verified-only, so every guest has passed an ID check before they can book.
